Jonathan Wigley, CEO
Jonathan has accumulated 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working for international hotel chains from Hilton, Omni Group of Hotels, Delta Grand Pacific Hotel to the Landmark Hotel Group. His previous engagement as Managing Director for InVision Hospitality Co. Ltd. was to help setting up the company with strong foundation for future business vision.

Prior to that he was Vice President of Operations for Minor International - hotel division landed him in many parts of the world, including Vietnam, Bali and Dubai. Under this capacity, he was responsible for establishing brand standards and enhancing revenue growth. Prior to this engagement, Jonathan was stationed in Thailand and assumed a role of Group General Manager for the three franchised Marriott Resorts & Spas as well as Anantara Resorts & Spas. Having spent more than 15 years in the region, he possesses a firm understanding of Asian traditions and business cultures.

Suratsawadee Sirikasem, VP Human Resources
Suratsawadee (a.k.a. Anne), a 29-year hospitality veteran Anne has worked in a variety of disciplines across the operations spectrum. Her extensive ex perience in hotels, resorts and serviced residences throughout Thailand has created a solid professional foundation. With great success in her roles as general manager of the Mayfair Marriott Executive Apartments and director of human resources for Bangkok Marriott Resort and Spa as well as her deep involvement in pre-opening process, training and developing in her previous role at Zinc InVision Hospitality Company prior to joining Absolute Hotel Services has made her a great asset for future expansion of the company.

Rene Balmer, Senior VP Pre-Opening/Technical Services/Operations
A hospitality experience of over 29 years, Rene is known for his unrelenting creativity in operations. Most recently he served as general manager - operations of Lebua Hotels and Resorts, The Dome at State Tower where he looked after the entire F&B operations, engineering department as well as working on special projects for the hotel expansions in New Zealand. During his three years with the company, the hotel won many awards from Conde Nast Traveler USA for Top 80 tables in the World, The Art of Travel from The Ultimate Luxury Travel Book, Elite Traveler award, The Best Business hotel in Asia award from CNBC Asia and Travelers Choice award from Tripadvisor. Prior to that he was executive chef of the Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa, leading a team of over 180 chefs for 10 restaurants including food catering for all Starbucks operations in Bangkok and increased food and beverage revenue to be ranked as the 2nd highest grossing food and beverage revenue producing Hotel in Bangkok. His other achievements also included creating new concepts and opening of the new restaurant when he worked at Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket as executive chef. Rene came to Thailand in 1997 by joining The Landmark Bang kok as executive chef. Prior to that he has worked in many hotels in such international locale including China, Egypt, Germany and Switzerland.

Chakrit Saengkong, Director of Technical Services
Chakrit has more than 13 years of experience in project development, construction and architect consultant with many well-known companies in Thailand such as Magnolia Quality Development Company Limited, TCC Capital Land Limited and World Vision Foundation of Thailand. He has over sighted for more than 13 projects during his career with many rewards received from Thailand Property Awards for best housing development for some of the projects when he was working with TCC Capital Land. He will responsible for providing technical services assistance of new build, renovation projects and consultancy work as well as assisting with resolution of any technical issues impacting on the projects.

Benchaphorn Sommai, Technical Services/Pre-opening Manager
Benchaphorn graduated bachelor of architecture from Chulalongkorn University. After internship with CPG Consultants Pte. Ltd. in Singapore she has joined a Thailand firm in a role of interior designer for two years prior to moving on to expand her experience in sales with Thai Ceramics Co. Ltd. as global project sales executive. Before joining Absolute Hotel Services, she worked as an executive - design and technical service for GOCO Hospitality Bangkok. Benchaphorn is responsible for providing technical services and pre-opening assistance of new build, renovation projects and consultancy work signed with AHS or affiliates and also for the assisting with resolution of any technical and/or pre-opening issues impacting these projects.

Nopparat Pongwatanakulsiri (Klang), VP Marketing
A 23-year hospitality veteran, Klang bolsters Absolute Hotel Services with extensive knowledge in marketing, public relations, promotions, brand creation and collateral development, particularly for serviced residences, hotels and resorts. Highly intelligent and resourceful, she has been recognized for her talents throughout her career.

Klang served as Group Director of Marketing Communications responsible for both JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok and JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, prior to her appointment as Group Director of Marketing Communications for all Minor International Hotels & Resorts. Prior to joining an exciting team of Absolute Hotel Services, Klang was VP Marketing Communications & PR for InVision Hospitality Co. Ltd.

Nicolas Ishkanian, Vice President Revenue and Distribution Management
Nicolas has many years of experience in revenue, sales and marketing from The Unique Collection of Hotels & Resorts as well as Le Meridien Group. He is responsible for maximizing room revenue and other related revenues of pre-opening and operating U Hotels & Resorts, Eastin Hotels & Residences and Eastin Easy properties on a sustainable platform through all segments and sources of room revenue for all regions under Absolute Hotel Services management. All properties can ensure the effectiveness of operations and management in all areas of revenue management through his supervision, suggestion and implementation.

Aekawee Chugkorn, Director of Finance
Aekawee has almost 7 years of experience with Ernst & Young Office Ltd. as audit manager handled variety of industries including Royal Orchid Hotel (Thailand) Public Co. Ltd., Bangkok Phuket Hospital Co. Ltd., Big C Supercenter Public Co. Ltd., Royal Porcelain Public Co. Ltd., just to mention a few. Prior to joining Absolute Hotel Services Co. Ltd. he has taken up some consultant projects as accounting and finance management for hospitality companies in Thailand. A great asset to the company, due to his experience background, analytical skills and proactive approach. He is responsible in finance and accounting support at Absolute Hotel Services Corporate Office as well as providing assistance in internal audit and controls for all operating properties in South East Asia under the management of Absolute Hotel Services.

Napan Khumbute, Business Development Manager
Napan has been part of the Absolute Hotel Services Thailand Marketing Team since 2010, prior to that she held various sales, marketing and administration roles with the Centara Group. Her role is to focus on generating even greater growth for all of Absolute Hotel Services brands in all current and new regions with alignment to the company strategy.

Rome Panitkuljakkrawal, Group Training Manager
Rome, who holds both British and Thai nationality, joins Absolute Hotel Services from The Core Academy in the U.K. where he was Business Development Manager designing and developing recruitment, training and sales and marketing aids for the hospitality sector. Prior to this his extensive experience includes senior positions within the industry including Hotel General Manager in the West Midlands of England and Hotel Manager with the Accor Group.  His responsibilities within AHS will focus on developing and implementing training cultures for all Absolute-managed properties in the region, which consist of the U Hotels & Resorts,Eastin Hotels & Residences and Eastin Easy brands.

John Westoby, Managing Director - South East Asia
A 27-year hospitality veteran, serving in every capacity from back-end support to top level management. Proven performance spanning several countries. His experience with Marriott International has taken him from the UK to the UAE, from Lebanon to Thailand. Engagements with Starwood and Shangri-la, Asia Pacific top international hotel brands, further highlight his impressive professional portfolio.

Prior to joining Absolute Hotel Services John served as VP Technical Services & Operations for InVision Hospitality Co. Ltd. and before that he was Director of Operations at the Bangkok Marriott Resort and Spa before moving to Minor International, Corporate Office in 2004 as Group Director of Operations. He was promoted to Vice President of Technical Services within two years.

Frank Clovyn, Director Operations/Special Projects
Frank is a highly motivated and dedicated hotel professional with extensive hands-on experience, working in 4 continents where the last 24 years in Asia Pacific. He managed multi ethnic teams, verifiable year to year successes in achieving revenues, profit and business growth. His key strengths are in the food and beverage development and operations management. He arrived in Thailand in 1993 to take the role of Resident Manager at Shangri-La Bangkok, general manager of The Imperial Queens Park Hotel Bangkok and general manager of The Landmark Hotel Bangkok respectively. Prior to joining Absolute Hotel Services, he was also CEO of The Water Library Hospitality Group for Thailand and consultant for special projects in Khao Yai.

Martin Faist, Group Director of Food and Beverage
Martin brings with him 20 years of experience having worked for Michelin Star restaurants in Germany and well-known restaurants in USA and Thailand. Prior to joining Absolute Hotel Services he was the Food & Beverage Director at Plaza Athenee a Royal Meridien Hotel Bangkok, Thailand for 7 years. As a Group Director of Food and Beverage, he is responsible for developing and bringing food and beverage concepts to life for properties under development as well as ensuring the food and beverage products, promotions and performance at operating properties exceed expectations. He is based at the corporate office in Bangkok.

Patrapee Karinchai, VP Finance - South East Asia
Patrapee has 9 years of experience in hospitality industry where he held an important position in hotel operations. His long years of service as an accountant and a chief accountant respectively at Four Seasons Resort in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai has provided him a solid background in business forecast, annual budget, prepare and review financial statement. Prior to his promotion as group hotel director of financial he was financial controller at U Chiang Mai and later at Eastin Hotel Makkasan Bangkok. He is responsible to support and oversee all operating properties from a financial and accounting perspective across all properties in South East Asia and ensure all AHS finance policies and procedures are being duly implemented.  Additionally he will also become involved in hotel pre-opening functions of accounting and finance and will be closely assisting Rene and his team moving forward.

Sirintorn Varatorn, Director of Sales - South East Asia
Sirintorn brings with her a wealth of sale expertise and extensive experience in hospitality from many well known hotel groups. Based in Bangkok Sales and Marketing Thailand Office, she plays a crucial role in leading the sales force in all segment for all hotels in South East Asia, under the management of Absolute Hotel Services Group.

Wantanee Issaranuwat, Director of Marketing Communications - South East Asia
Wantanee has many years of experience and strong background in public relations and strategic marketing communications both off line and online.  Her responsiblities with Absolute Hotel Services is to develop marketing strategies, supporting the regional teams and making sure of the implementation of all brand standards, public relations plans, activities and advertising campaigns for pre-opening and operating hotels in South East Asia.

Sorasa Phungsupan, Senior Public Relations Manager - Thailand
Sorasa has many years of experience and strong background in public relations and is responsible for all public relations activities across the current operating hotels and resorts in Thailand under the supervision of Director of Marketing Communications South East Asia. She graduated in Marketing from Chulalongkorn University and has collected more than 10 years of professional experience including marketing communication and public relations from many leading hotels and travel agencies.

Prapaporn Chantharat, Revenue Manager - Thailand
Prapaporn has many years of experience handling reservations as well as managing her team for many well known hotels and resorts in Thailand. Her previous role within Absolute Hotel Services Group, she was reservation manager at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn and has done a fantastic job of organising a successful department as well as maximising revenues for the hotel. She will be responsible for looking after all of our reservations teams for all Thailand properties, implementing all of our revenue tools and reports to ensure each Thailand property is maximising its revenues.

Subodh Dharkar, Director of the Board - India
Subodh has pioneered finance and investment services for the hospitality sector in India for more than 20 years.

Sameer Dharkar, Managing Director - India
Sameer has a wealth of experience in the business world for more than 20 years with a great business savvy and track record. He was a Director with Absolute Hotel Services India as well as a Director with Money Managers India prior to this position. His responsibility covers the overall performance of all the hotels and resorts under the management of Absolute Hotel Services India including branded U Hotels & Resorts, Eastin Hotels & Residences and Eastin Easy as well as expanding the brands further in the India and Middle East territories.

Shalil Suvarna, Vice President of Operations and Pre-Opening - India
Suvarna has over 16 years of experience in hotel operations in India. He was recently with Ramada as the general manager and prior to that he has worked with many other established international hotel chains including Meridien, The Regent and Radisson. His responsibility is to assist with pre-opening and hotel conversions as well as implementing effective operating concepts to ensure the proper and smooth running of all operating properties by providing complete operational assistance to the executive teams of oeprational hotels.

Prateek Dharkar, Pre-opening and Operations Manager - India
Prateek graduated Masters of Science (MSc) in International Management from University of Exeter, United Kingdom. He also had six months full training at some of the Absolute Hotel Services branded hotels in Thailand both Eastin and U, covering sales, marketing and operations before returning to India to take up a role as pre-opening and operations manager. His responsibility is to assist and support the India operations team in all pre-opening activities and hotel operations.

Rakhi Purohit, Regional Director of Sales, Marketing & Revenue - India
Rakhi has a Hotel Management Diploma from Mumbai and a post-graduate diploma in Management studies from London. She went on to complete her MBA from University of Wales, London. She comes with a total experience of 16 years including more than 5 years in United Kingdom. Her last assignment was at Lords Group of Hotels in United Kingdom as cluster Revenue Manager. As the regional director of sales, marketing and revenue, her role is to lead the team in India, working closely with Corporate Sales, Marketing & Revenue team to drive revenue and marketing activities as well as develop each hotel sales and marketing strategies, rates structure and expand distribution channels based on competitive environment.

Priya Mokal, Marketing Communications/PR Manager - India
After her graduation in 2006, Priya completed her Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from ITM, Mumbai in 2010. She has worked with various organizations as Brand Executive, Assistant Marketing Manager for Cox & Kings respectively prior to joining Absolute Hotel Services India. Priya is responsible for Marketing Communications & PR functions for all hotels and resorts in India and the Middle East. She is report in to Regional Director of Sales, Revenue and Marketing based in the Regional Mumbai office.

Joy Coutinho, Accounts & Finance Manager - India
Joy has many years of experience in account management and administration for finance companies in India. She is responsible in accounts keeping, control and finance support at Absolute Hotel Services India.

Mark Heather, Regional Director - Indochina/Indonesia
Mark joined Absolute Hotel Services as group general manager overseeing hotel projects under Eastin Hotels & Residences brand and later was promoted to be managing director for Absolute Hotel Services India. With over 25 years of experience in hospitality management and education, his role as a regional director for Indochina and Indonesia, working closely with business development team as well as operations team in providing pre-opening assistance and operations support to ensure alignment of all the brands, standards and achievement of all hotels under Absolute Hotel Services management.

Phan Bach Duong, Board of Director - Indochina
Phan Bach Duong is well known in Vietnam for hospitality industry and based in Hanoi.

Nguyen Ngoc Dzung, Technical Services Manager - Indochina
Dzung has more than eight years of experience in concept design, technical drawing, architect and project management with many well-known companies in Vietnam namely SAI Associates, Archipel Joint Stock Company, Long Viet Construction & Investment Company Limited, Avant Architecture Company Limited and Zamil Steel Corporation. He has handled and involved in many projects such as Han Viet Tower, Quang Minh urban area, Quang Minh sport complex, Big C, Tuan Duc building and Tam Chuc Resort.

Tran Thi Hong, Human Resouces Manager - Indochina
Hong has six years of experience in administration for corporate firms as well as government relations. She started her career as general administrator assistant to manager at Astral Infotech Vietnam Limited after graduation of bachelor degree from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. After two years she then joined Zamil Steel Vietnam as government relations officer followed by executive assistant to country manager at Universal Telecom Services Hanoi, executive secretary to CEO/CFO at Siemens Limited and office manager for Vinh Tan 3 Energy JSC for two years. Her previous position prior to her promotion was office manager for Absolute Hotel Services Indochina for three years.
